The 4-phase Nutrition Fitness Challenge focuses on helping you make the necessary dietary changes changes to de-emphasize the philosophy of food reduction or calorie restriction. Instead, it places the emphasis on daily meal frequency, food consumption, and nutrient intake for physical activities, exercise, workout regimens, energy replenishment, muscle repair, and mindset rejuvenation. This nutrition strategy and philosophy helps create a healthier, better mind and body fitness.
Phase 1: (2 weeks) –FOOD LOGGING ANALYSIS
This is an assessment period. You log in to our nutrition software one to two times a week, for long-term food and menu analysis. This analysis is critical because it helps us identify what could “Threaten” or “Sabotage” your ability to successfully follow a healthy, metabolic body transformation eating plan.
Phase2: (4 weeks) – Developing a Metabolic Eating Plan (lifestyle friendly program)
You will receive a 5-7 day food plan that is customized only by caloric intake. This phase is designed to help you build and prepare a lifestyle oriented eating plan that promotes a good, healthy, and calorie efficient food consumption schedule.
This phase also helps you customize your own menus and food schedule so we can better assess and understand your eating habits and lifestyle behaviors.
This is another critical part of the process in your nutrition building journey because once we understand why you choose the foods you do on a daily basis, we can uncover the keys to your success. These keys will help you build a nutrition schedule that gets results, but is flexible enough to deal with “cheat foods” or just bad days of eating, which is a natural part of life and crucial to long-term muscle/fat management success.
Phase3: (3 weeks) – MENU ALLOCATION PHASE
The Menu Allocation Plan is where you follow a 3 day menu plan designed to help accelerate the fat burning process. This is not a lifestyle plan, but a necessary process in helping solidify long-term body shaping results. After the 3 days, you resume your healthy eating plan for the rest of the week. This phase will also give you a better understanding of your lifestyle and its relation to your personal eating habits.
During this phase, we discover your nutritional WEAKNESSES that cause weekly inconsistencies in your eating behavior. Once these weaknesses are addressed, you’ll be able to get back on track if you should happen to fall off the healthy eating band wagon.
Phase 4: 3 weeks-MENU PROGRESSION PHASE
During this 3 week phase, you’ll follow a more structured menu schedule called the TRANSFORMATION EATING PLAN. You will follow a personalized menu for exactly 1 week, then resume your Healthy Eating Plan for exactly 2 weeks. This eating schedule rotation helps accelerate the fat burning process and ultimately helps you develop the additional muscle tissue required to maintain the body shaping results everyone desires.
